Norstar Integrated Communications Portfolio is comprised of telephony solutions for small-to-medium businesses and branch offices, with growth up to 248 ports (192 stations). This fully digital platform brings together all your communications - voicemail, fax, email, computer and telephone - right at your desktop. Advanced integrated applications include enhanced call centers and computer telephony integration.

• Norstar Integrated Communication Systems

• Norstar VoIP Gateway
  The Norstar VoIP Gateway is a VoIP trunk-side networking solution that enables voice applications to be handled over the data infrastructure.
• Norstar: Call Centers
  Several options are available for adding ACD capabilities to your Norstar system. You can choose a powerful ACD system that routes calls based on who's calling and who's available, or who's qualified to take the call.
• Norstar: Messaging
  Norstar offers a complete suite of messaging applications, each one fully integrated with your Norstar system and telephones.
